Step 1: Designing the Jewelry
Once the order is placed, we begin by creating a custom jewelry design tailored to the buyer’s specified ring size or any specific requests they have shared. If we need additional details or clarifications, we promptly reach out to the buyer to ensure accuracy.

Next, we provide the buyer with a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) image of the proposed design, giving them a clear visual representation of their jewelry. We then await their confirmation, allowing up to 12 hours for any feedback or approval. This ensures the design meets their expectations before we move forward with production.

Step 2: Crafting the Jewelry
Once the design is approved, we proceed with the jewelry-making process based on the finalized design.

• Casting Process:
  We begin with the casting stage, where the approved design is transformed into a physical piece. After the casting is completed, we upload clear pictures of the raw casting piece to a specially shared Google Drive folder. This allows the buyer to track progress and see the initial stage of their jewelry’s creation.
• Diamond Setting and Final Work:
  After the casting, our skilled artisans meticulously set the diamonds, ensuring precision and brilliance. We document this step by uploading both pictures and videos of the diamond setting process to the shared folder. Once the diamond setting is completed, we focus on the finishing touches to bring the jewelry to its final, polished state. Pictures and videos of the completed jewelry are also uploaded to the shared Google Drive folder, ensuring full transparency and giving the buyer a comprehensive view of the journey from design to completion.

All updates, visuals, and details related to the crafting process are easily accessible through the shared Google Drive link, keeping the buyer informed every step of the way. here is our sample process work.

Step 3: Certification and Delivery

• Certification Process:
  Once the final ring is approved by the buyer, we send the jewelry for certification to trusted and internationally recognized authorities such as IGI or SGL. This step ensures that the jewelry’s quality and authenticity meet the highest standards.
• Shipping the Jewelry:
  After the certification process is complete, we carefully package the jewelry and ship it using a reliable, trackable courier service. This guarantees that the buyer can monitor the delivery progress and anticipate its arrival.
• Updates and Documentation:
  We email the buyer with all the necessary tracking information to keep them informed about the shipment status. Additionally, we upload a soft copy of the jewelry certification document to the shared Google Drive folder. This ensures the buyer has easy access to important documentation for their records.
